Returns Policy

  • Items sold with tracked delivery within Australia on qualify for 30 days, postage paid returns.
  • To qualify, the item must not have been altered or damaged in any way.

If you need to return your purchase for a refund –

First, pack and post the item, using a tracked delivery service, to this address:

Then complete and send the claim form – this requires the tracking number for the package.

Payment after delivery

Refunds are paid after the claim form has been submitted and the package has arrived.

Generally speaking the refund amount will be for the price paid together with the cost of return postage.
