What Happens after checkout ?

A) Order is confirmed by email

Once payment has cleared you will receive email confirmation of your order.

B) Packing & posting

Your order will be sent using an Australia Post tracked delivery service.

Free combined postage applies to all orders.

A single shipping fee will apply to each completed order, international or within Australia, so you can include multiple items in your order and only pay once for postage.

Extra T’s&C’s for International Orders

  • When buying, please remember that any additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility, for example State Sales Tax or customs charges.
  • International orders are only available to buyers from the USA, Canada, UK, Japan or New Zealand.
  • International orders will be delivered with an Australia Post International Standard Satchel With Tracking, suitable for items <250g total weight (inc packaging)

A follow up email will be sent to you confirming that your item has been lodged over the counter with Australia Post, usually within 2 days of your order being placed.
